The deadline is NOVEMBER 15. Be sure to send UPC codes and a copy of cookbooks purchased and points received from Smith’s in a plastic bag or envelope with one of your student’s name and teacher clearly labeled on it (please try and have the same student’s name on each submission so the same family receives the credit).
