Let's
show KSL that Southland has the best volunteers! For one week, Jan.
21-27, KSL is asking all elementary schools to document the hours
parents and members of the community spend volunteering for their
school. (This includes work done at home to assist a teacher or
project at the school or babysitting for someone who is at the school).
The school with the most volunteer hours will be
treated to a SURPRISE ASSEMBLY. The assembly will include a visit by
KSL-TV news anchor Nadine Wimmer who will arrive on Chopper 5, a pizza
party for the school and live music. In addition, the winning school
will be featured in a story on KSL-TV.
Make sure to record your hours in the Help Counter program, at the school or from home at:

Remember, the 6th grade field trip and Musical practice will count!
